Simpson Manufacturing completes the acquisition of the ETANCO group

Simpson Manufacturing Co, a leader in engineered structural connectors and building solutions, announced the completion of its acquisition of ETANCO Group on April 7. ETANCO is a leading designer and manufacturer of fastening and fixing solutions for the European building construction market.
